What is the Vikings returns policy?

Viking offers a return option for damaged goods or those that do not meet customer satisfaction. Here is the process of making a return request:

1. Log into your Vikings account.

2. Place a request on the return items page.

3. You have 30 days to start the process for your return once you have received the package.

4. Re-package the item in the same way that you received it, print out the returns label and take it to your nearest postal point.

Can I get a Viking free delivery?

You can! Standard delivery costs £2.90, but if you spend over £49 on your order you’ll get it for free. For Channel Islands and offshore UK destinations, you have to spend over £150 to get a free delivery whilst standard delivery costs £10.
